Red Light

If you think the problem is with the device, reset your Amazon Alexa by unplugging it for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.

Blue Light

The blue light on Amazon Alexa indicates that the device is currently in use. When you see the blue light, someone is talking to Alexa.

Green Light

The green light on Amazon Alexa indicates that the device is connected to the internet and ready to be used. This is the normal state for the device when it is not actively being used.

Yellow Light

Orange Light
